Three buildings occupied the site, two of them grade II listed, planning and listed buildings consent was gained to demolish the unlisted building and covert the other barns to two dwellings. The results are a three and two bedroom property.

Details:
Barn conversion forming five bedroom dwelling. We first got planning permission for the barn to be spilt into three dwellings each with three of four bedrooms. Our new client that bought the barn wanted it as one large family home so plans were adjusted to suit. Occupying a green belt position on the outskirts of Guiseley this is a truly amazing residence.

We gained planning approval for the conversion of two redundant barns on the grade two listed East Chevin Farm for our client. We have been able to design two three bedroom dwellings to take advantage of the wonderfull location and maximis value for our client
