Situated on the outskirts of Guiseley; the greenbelt location restricted the amount the property could be extended. The increase in space was maximised with a three storey front extension forming a galleried entrance and staircase, a side extension forming a sunroom and conversion of the loft space. The vast loft space provided an additional two bedrooms and a bathroom with a floor to ceiling glazed viewing gallery overlooking the countryside.
