We were asked to design a new Mezanine floor too provide additional accomodation within the existing footprint. Our chartered engineer was able to design a solution utilising the existing structure to reduce costs and time frame for our client.

We were asked to design a system to allow for an open plan kitchen space. The existing load bearing walls were removed and steel beams and posts were designed to take the load and open up the space
