Tranfield Cottage - The Brief

Situated on a narrow plot with limited private amenity, this existing 17th Century property was a former chapel. Originally outside of the Guiseley Conservation Area, the proposed works constituted ‘permitted development’. The scheme comprised of a single storey side extension and conversion of the main loft space, amending the original structure to form a four bedroom property. The developer has converted the building to a very high standard creating a very contemporary and aesthetically pleasing dwelling.
