Old Lane - The Brief

This beautiful old cottage is located in a conservation area at Addingham. It is grade-2 listed. We added a single storey rear extension to create a snug. Though small, the cosy space adds some useful extra space to the home. MAS Design worked with fantastic local building firm ‘Ridley Builders’ on this project - completing all planning, design and listed building regulations and consents.
