Residential Developments

MAS Design Consultants have worked on numerous different types of residential development, from high-volume luxury house builds, to multiple affordable housing schemes, to smaller, more bespoke developments. We offer detailed design and planning services, from development of house-types and site master planning, to planning approval and project management.

We also work with landowners looking to develop houses on their land, guiding them through the planning and development process.

Living and working in such a beautiful area of Yorkshire makes us particularly experienced in providing innovative solutions for development on difficult sites, for example in conservation areas and on green-belt land.

Six townhouses, four apartments, four semi-detached houses and a bungalow formed this development on previously vacant land.

Prince Henry Road,
