Lands Lane - The Brief
Our client purchased this bungalow in the desirable area of Knaresborough, with the intention of modernising and rejuvenating the tired property. The existing building consisted of three bedrooms with two located within the roof space, however the client wished to make the most of the building by providing an additional bedroom. This extra room created a spacious, contemporary four double bedroom and associated en-suite family home. In keeping with the present living trends, the internal layout was reconfigured to create a large open plan family dining space with a garden room opening up onto an expansive private garden.
