Our clients at Victoria Avenue had purchased this property as a new build from a reputable builder. They decided to change the internal layout of the property to suit their lifestyle more. Individual rooms were knocked through to create a larger open-plan living space. Light, space and usability were paramount to the family and this certainly was achieved by the addition of a small extension at the rear and a complete redesign, including a new, modern kitchen.
