We listen to our customers. More often than not they know what they need but just aren't quite sure how to achieve it. At MAS Design Consultants we strive to create beautiful, practical living spaces for real people. Most of our work comes from customer recommendations - and that tells us we are getting it right!

An established and trusted firm based in Guiseley, North of Leeds - providing architectural services both locally and nationally.

  • "James did a fantastic job designing our extension, our boot room and our house frontage. It was not a simple job, he listened to what we wanted, provided really valuable ideas and suggestions and we worked together to get something that has turned out to be everything we could have wanted - the contrast between the before and after is amazing, and his ideas around the tricky bits like our front bay window and boot room roof were absolutely brilliant. Just delighted."

  • “We are very pleased to recommend MAS. Mark and his team have, through their in-depth approach to getting to know and understand us, delivered a design which met our brief in every way. The final product is better than we could have imagined and has a clear kerbside Wow Factor judging by the number of people who stop to tell us what a lovely house we have. That is a great feeling, a big thank you to the whole MAS team for helping us make this happen.”

  • “MAS Design have planned and designed 2 projects for us now. As we live in a listed building this wasn’t straight forward. Darren did a great job with the design and the results have been great. Our living space has been greatly enhanced… tricky for a small period property”

    Anne Anderson

  • "MAS Design have worked for us on two major renovation and conversion projects in recent years. Top marks for creative design, technical expertise, swift and effective communication and helpful, professional service."

    Richard Reeve

  • "Mark and the team did an amazing job for us doing the drawings for our loft conversion and building layout changes, they helped us through the planning and building regs process and provided a very professional service throughout. The drawings were bang on point and totally recommend their services."

    Martin Roe

  • "We have used MAS design consultants for two renovation projects in recent years and have been delighted on both occasions with the resulting design. During our recent renovations both Nick and Mark fully understood our needs and during the building process Nick was especially helpful when helping us to deal with building control and with our on-site contractors. We are delighted with the results and we have an ideal home in which to enjoy our retirement!"

  • “We recently contacted MAS Design Consultants Ltd. on recommendation regarding a Certificate of Lawful Development for an existing detached garage. Mark promptly visited to discuss our requirements, followed by a measured survey with Alastair. MAS kept us fully informed throughout the process, providing clear guidance and efficiently submitting the application within the advised timeframe. We were also impressed by the friendly and professional team at their Guiseley office. We would highly recommend MAS and would have no hesitation in using them for future projects.”
