Architectural Technologist/Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architectural Technician/Technologist to join our dynamic team.

Working on nationwide projects spanning domestic, commercial and conservation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct measured surveys and site visits

• Prepare technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit and ArchiCAD.

• Collaborate with engineers and consultants to ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations.

• Local knowledge and experience of submitting and dealing with Planning and Building Regulations planning.

Candidate Requirements:

Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit and ArchiCAD)

Ability to work to targets and deadlines.

Full clean driving license required

Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology.

From £25,000 to £45,000 P.A
