Kingfield, Guiseley - The Brief
This new build project faced several challenges before obtaining planning approval, including addressing highways concerns related to visibility splays, access, and refuse collection, as well as overcoming objections from local residents.
Once planning permission was secured, we proceeded to Building Regulations stage, developing detailed drawings that incorporated a cold roof balcony floor with glazed balustrades, single-ply membrane roofing, sedum green roof specifications, and stone cavity wall detailing.
Additionally, we revised the second-floor plan to accommodate the clients layout changes and managed the discharge of planning and building regulations conditions.
Every detail was carefully considered to create a practical and beautiful family home, designed from conception to completion to meet the clients vision.
